If you submitted a lead form through our website or through our advertising on Facebook/Instagram (Meta), we may have collected:

- Details about your accident or injury inquiry
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, please contact us using one of the following methods:

What Happens After Your Request
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days.
- We will delete your personal information from our systems within 30 days of receiving your request.
- If we are required by law to retain certain information (for example, for legal compliance or active legal matters), we will notify you and explain the reason.
Third-Party Platforms
Please note that data collected by third-party platforms (such as Meta/Facebook) is subject to their own data deletion processes. To request deletion of data held by Meta, please visit Facebook’s account and data management page.
